PAVING STONES paving

PAVING STONES

Interlocking Paving stones are commonly referred to as flexible pavement. Paving stones are a very popular application alternative around landscaped areas on residential properties. The stones are flexible pavements that can be applied to the minimum or biggest area around your home or business. Paving is a very beneficial application because of the infinite colors, sizes and shape choices as well as the never-ending material choice. Paving slabs are very popular on commercial properties because they offer that extra beauty to the outdoors and create a stylish and unique appearance.

Permeable pavers help the environment by providing a solid surface but allow natural drainage and migration of water back into the earth by permitting water to drain through the spaces between the pavers.

Porous pavers, on the other hand, present a face with "holes" which can be packed with vegetation or aggregate depending upon the need. Porous/permeable pavers provide the same advantages as traditional concrete pavers, including resistance to heavy loads, flexibility of repair, low maintenance, exceptional durability, and high quality.

C-53 Swim pool license, Let it be known that Mr. Perez qualified for and had obtained a C-53 license a few years ago however, due to the fact that it is nearly impossible to obtain bonding as a C-53 contractor Mr. Perez voluntarily disassociated the C-53 license as you are able to see on the lower portion of the CSLB web page (license search) we are posting this blog to inform our customers that we are 100% qualified to design, Investigate, manage construction and inspect swim pools and spas.

We must make this notice public because of the fact that we assist contractors defending their legal rights against abuse of due process by certain governmental agencies and the CSLB routinely investigates our websites and blogs and has recently violated us for advertising the C-53 even though we did not advertise it to contract or build but specifically for inspections we were still violated, we still desire our clients to understand that we are 100% C-53 qualified and we were at one time fully licensed to build, however we no longer contract to build, repair or contract pools.

Please note that CCS has good friends in the industry that are C-53 licensed which we are able to refer you FREE of charge!  Please understand we have 5 license classifications and 1 (C-53) that we had voluntarily disassociated, it was not revoked or suspended but willfully taken off for financial reasons, we are currently negotiating with our bond co. to re-activate it but not use it for construction.

Please disregard any old advertising as legally invalid to build, repair and or contract pools or spas if you find any of our old blogs which may advertise C-53 Pools please inform us so we can remove them before the CSLB violates us again.
